About Us

Dr. Harmon is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who has practiced since 2017.  He maintains a strong commitment to advancing Nurse Anesthesia education. He has served as Assistant Program Administrator at two accredited universities, where he contributed to strategic leadership, curriculum development, and course design. His academic consulting work assisted with the creation of a new Nurse Anesthesia program, building curriculum and course content, and the designing of a state of the art simulation lab. His academic work includes the creation of thousands of NBCRNA-style examination questions and the development of innovative educational content to support student success. In addition to maintaining an active clinical practice, he remains deeply involved in the design and implementation of tools that empower both CRNA students and Nurse Anesthesia educators.
